According to the available record, Bunker No. 0 sealed after the external threat level was exceeded. An emergency protocol was triggered. The log from the first few minutes is damaged.
Before that came the White Noise. Radio channels filled with interference, cameras showed incompatible images, and warning systems issued conflicting instructions.
We have a name for it. We don't have a complete explanation yet. I'm not going to fill in the missing lines just because someone wants a finished version.
